The PSOL feminist bench in the Legislative Assembly of () filed a criminal report with the Federal Public Ministry (MPF) against the governor and mayor of the capital, for the accreditation of the company to offer loans to civil servants.

To the Panel, the Tarcísio administration said that the performance of institutions in offering payroll loans occurs through public accreditation, in accordance with 2014 regulations. He also stated that there are currently more than a hundred institutions qualified for the service, and that Digimais represents a 1.57% portion of the state’s total operations.
The Nunes administration states that Digimais is among the city hall’s 57 financial institutions and accounts for less than 3% of loans on employees’ payroll.
