The Civil Police of the DF (Federal District) saw no crime on the part of the former president (PL) in the episode involving the weapon registered in his name and seized during a blitz on June 15th. The security guard who carried the pistol, however, was charged with illegal possession of a restricted firearm.
The report was sent to the minister, of the (Supreme Federal Court), this Wednesday (1st). The magistrate must decide in the coming days whether or not to extend the former president’s house arrest.
