In a speech, Van Hattem questions Motta’s proximity to Lula

The deputy (Novo-RS) questioned the proximity of the deputy (Republicans-PB) with the president’s political agenda (PT). The critical speech of the gaucho congressman took place during the presidential candidacy speech on Saturday (1st.Fev.2025).

Van Hattem is one of 1117 deputies that Lula’s impeachment request request. Motta did not sign and has the support of the PT to elect Mayor. The former president’s PL also supports Paraíba.

“Mr. President, dear congressmen colleagues. This is a solemn moment of this Legislative House. It is a moment, Mr. President, in which we decided the course of the People’s House for the next two years.
