Telegram CEO Pawel Durow can leave France again

The founder and CEO of the Messenger app Telegram, Pawel Durow, can leave France again. He was arrested last summer after he had risen from a private jet at Le Bourget Airport, since then investigations into his possible complicity at Telegram’s lack of cooperation in the fight against internet and financial crime. They continue to run where Durow is back in Dubai.
