A man was filmed cycling a tricycle on the A28 last Tuesday. The video, which is circulating on social media, shows the individual driving along the side of the highway.
Although the exact location was not disclosed, the situation was surprising, as the movement of tricycles with an engine capacity of no more than 50 cm³ is prohibited on highways.
