Vienna – A lifeless four-year-old child was found by the police on Sunday around 7:30 a.m. in an apartment in Vienna-Favoriten. According to the state police department, due to the injuries, a homicide must be assumed. The 29-year-old mother, who also had injuries, was temporarily arrested and taken to a hospital.
