Baku/Vienna – In the dispute at the UN climate conference in Baku about increasing climate aid for poorer countries, the presidency of Azerbaijan has presented a draft resolution – but without any specific amounts. In the ten-page paper published early this morning, other points of contention also remain unresolved.
