On Monday, November 25, the tourist ship Sea Story sank in Egypt’s Red Sea with 45 people on board. A family of three from Slovakia was also on the boat. According to the latest information, the father of the family was still missing. As stated by the editors, the dramatic situation has a happy ending for Slovak vacationers.
The family with their son is supposed to come from the Galanta district, from the village of Veľký Grob. The mayor of the village, Viliam Rigo, confirmed that the whole family survived. According to the information obtained, it is supposed to be father Michal with his wife Eva and their 16-year-old son. “I got the press release and all three are safe and alive,” said Rigo.
