Since the end of October everything has been different at the insolvent Signa Prime. After the decision of the Supreme Court (OGH), the restructuring process that was ongoing at the time was ended and the company is now being wound up in bankruptcy proceedings. The creditors have now been informed about the status of the proceedings in the “initial report” by the insolvency administrator, lawyer Norbert Abel. He had prepared the five previous reports as a restructuring manager.
