FBI chief Wray announces his resignation in January


Washington – A few weeks before future US President Donald Trump takes office, FBI chief Christopher Wray announced his resignation. Wray informed US Federal Police employees on Wednesday of the decision to resign from his position in January. He was appointed by Trump in his first term in 2017. However, he later earned the right-wing extremist’s bitter hostility because of numerous criminal proceedings that were initiated against Trump.
