In this video, singer Parastoo Ahmadi performs in an empty caravanserai without the hijab, which is mandatory in Iran. Although the concert had a live audience, it immediately became a topic in Iranian online news, particularly regarding the treatment of women in the Islamic Republic. The post has now generated almost 900,000 clicks on YouTube.
