The fourth-placed Saxons celebrated a 2-1 home win over third-placed Eintracht Frankfurt in the German Bundesliga and thus drew level with the Hessians on points. Before that, the duel between Dortmund and Hoffenheim ended 1-1 and Stuttgart won 3-1 in Heidenheim.
