Trump’s envoy to Russia and Ukraine plans to visit kyiv next month
The one appointed by the president-elect of the United States, Donald Trump, as presidential envoy for Russia and Ukraine, Keith Kellogg, plans to visit the Ukrainian capital, kyiv, next month, and has shown himself open to traveling to Moscow if invited .
Kellogg, former chief of staff of the National Security Council during Trump’s term, also plans to travel to other European capitals, such as London, Paris and Rome, according to sources cited by the Bloomberg news agency.
The possible visit by Kellogg, a retired US Army lieutenant general, to Moscow after Trump’s inauguration on January 20 would be a significant step by the new US administration amid efforts to end hostilities between the parties.
