From October 2017 to September 2024, 110,774 people were transported by the autonomous buses in Bad Birnbach, Bavaria. But that should come to an end at the end of this year and operations will be suspended for the time being. On the surface this is due to a lack of staff, but behind it the necessary legal changes were a long time coming.
