Sean Combs (55) had a mental breakdown during Christmas. He could not stand the fact that he would spend the holidays in detention without family and friends. The music mogul has been locked up in New York’s infamous Metropolitan Prison in Brooklyn since September and He faces trial in May 2025 on sex-trafficking and extortion charges, which he denies.
A source has now told The Sun he had to be taken to a psychiatric ward for observation over the holidaysbecause he reportedly couldn’t believe he was still behind bars at Christmas.
“Diddy thought he’d be out on bail with a strong team of lawyers. Spending the holidays behind bars was a nightmare for him. He eventually managed to calm himself down using a meditation technique he uses while behind bars. It took him several hours of deep breathing and concentration to get out of his bad statein which he was, but in the end he succeeded,” said a source from the prison in an interview with the New York Post.
