Washington – After the death of Jimmy Carter, the USA is preparing to say goodbye to the former president and Nobel Peace Prize winner. Funeral ceremonies lasting several days are planned in his home state of Georgia and in the capital Washington. On Saturday, Carter’s body will first be driven in a convoy through his hometown of Plains to his parents’ peanut farm, the military said.
