A fight between friends ended with a man stabbed this Wednesday morning (1st), in the Campo Comprido neighborhood, in Curitiba. After being punched by his colleague, one of the boys grabbed a machete and attacked his drinking friend. Neighbors revealed that the violence was so great that they had to intervene.
“I asked him to stop because he was going to kill the guy,” commented a witness.
According to witnesses, one of the boys was sitting on a bench when his friend arrived, started an argument and threw a punch. Outraged by his colleague’s attitude, the attacked man grabbed a machete and fought back. The violence was so great that the handle of the machete broke.

There is a suspicion that the men were impaired, possibly due to drinking alcohol.
