“It was a very important decision, fundamental to guaranteeing the basic principle of transparency”, he states.

According to her, the party realized that there was a maneuver by several parties, including the PT, to try to circumvent Dino’s determination that there be transparency in the identification of those responsible for the amendments.

“When we realized that the [Arthur] Lira began to maneuver to allocate the amendments without transparency, we saw that it was hurting Flávio Dino’s decision”, he says.

The leader claims that PSOL made an autonomous decision, without consulting any other party within the allied base or the Lula government. “This shows how important it is to have autonomy in these moments.”

According to her, the party ended up helping the government, which needed to resolve the issue.

Coradi also ironizes the fact that the action in the STF put a stain on the end of Lira’s term and ruined the end of the year for the president of the Chamber, with whom the party has long-standing feuds. “If Lira went to sleep sad at the end of the year, then we sleep happy”, he says.
