The three victims who were in a car crushed by a truck loaded with wood were identified. The accident happened on the night of December 31st, on PR-340, in Ortigueira, in Campos Gerais do Paraná. The occupants of the car were from the same family, being a mother, daughter and son-in-law. The three went.
At the time of the fall, the truck driver did not realize that he had hit a vehicle. The next day, when the tow truck arrived to remove the vehicle, he noticed that there was a crushed car. The Paraná Civil Police (PCPR) was at the scene and confirmed three deaths, check the identifications:
- Jandira Marciliano Pires, 63 years old (mother)
- Ana Carolina Pires de Oliveira, 25 years old (daughter)
- José Ronaldo Pereira da Silva, 38 years old (son-in-law)

Mother and daughter lived in Ortigueira. Ronaldo, who was driving the car, was a resident of Telêmaco Borba. Relatives had left Ortigueira and intended to spend New Year’s Eve in Telêmaco.
