The CNMP (National Council of) opened disciplinary proceedings on Wednesday (6) to investigate attacks by a prosecutor to the Minister of the Supreme Court.

Sought by message, the prosecutor said he was not notified by CNMP, did not have access to the case file and will not speak. The Public Prosecution Service of Amapá stated that it has not yet become aware of disciplinary process.
Coutinho is coordinator of the CAO-criminal (Criminal Operational Support Center) of the Amapá Prosecutor and Advisor to the General Corregedoria. He also leads groups of promoters in probationary stage.
WhatsApp group “Criminal Orientation” was administered by him and had 22 members.
In one of the messages, the prosecutor shared news that addressed Moraes’s understanding of home inviolability in police actions.
“In the decision of the dick head is as if the STF said do what I say, but do not do what I do (because what they do most today is legislating),” says message attributed to the prosecutor.
The National Corregedoria of the Public Prosecution Service has established the disciplinary procedure and determined that Coutinho provides information to the process within ten business days.
The CNMP may apply a temporary or definitive suspension sentence to the prosecutor.
