The presenter of the Marquesas Televízny Novín is getting used to a new member in the household. And he seems to have fit in very quickly with the family! Marianna Ďurianová worked until August 11, 2024 as a presenter of the sports program Goals – Body – Seconds on STVR (formerly RTVS). Since he also has a son, Romanek, sport is a regular part of their lives.

And it’s starting to become natural for their new addition – a puppy they named Arlo. “The sportsman won’t deny himself,” wrote Marianna on Instagram to the video of their golden retriever, who was watching Športové noviny at home in the living room, he even obediently sat down in front of the TV. You can find the VIDEO at the beginning of the article. The four-legged pet joined the family at Christmas, when Ďurianová finally fulfilled her son Roman’s dream.

“When I was 8 years old, I got a pretty good chow chow bite. Since then, I had a reserved relationship with dogs. Sometimes my heart rate even increased when a strange dog approached me. And like a monster, always and everywhere the dogs pressed towards me.” she described her experience on the social network. She finally changed her mind.

“A son was born to me ever since he started talking he’s been talking about wanting a dog. And the day came when something strange happened in my head. I think this is due to shirodhara on an Ayurvedic stay in Sri Lanka in the spring (already) last year. I don’t know if they removed some blocks in my head, or if luck worked in Romi’s eyes, when he was playing with all the dogs everywhere – anyway, I started thinking realistically about a dog in our life.” added the moderator. It didn’t take long for her to get them a cute furry one.
