  • Sattva: This app counts the time of each session and monitors your heart rate. Additionally, the user can record their mood before exercising and afterwards. It is also available for Android and iOS.
  • Zen: the app offers exercises to sleep better, as well as practices to reduce anxiety. In Zen, it is possible to learn to meditate, relieve anxiety or increase focus. There are paid or free exercises.
  • Medite.se: available for Android and iOS, on meditate.se you can download the audio of the exercise, allowing you to practice meditation without needing an internet connection.
