There can never be enough noodle soups, in the world in general and on my table in winter in particular. Like hardly any other food, they are able to make people who have dragged themselves to the table with the last of their strength stand up full of energy. A good noodle soup is strength and confidence to spoon and slurp. And, surprisingly, it often tastes pretty good too.
