Ruben Amorim, current coach of Manchester United, highlighted Argentine Pablo Aimar as the player from whom he learned the most during his football career. In an interview with DAZN, the Portuguese coach, who shared the dressing room with Aimar at Benfica between 2008 and 2011, was full of praise for the former attacking midfielder.

Interestingly, both former colleagues now pursue careers as coaches. Ruben Amorim is in charge of Manchester United, while Pablo Aimar is part of the technical committee of the Argentina team, world champion in 2022.
