Quinta do Canhoto combines fado and wine in a unique experience in Albufeira

Quinta do Canhoto, a renowned family wine production farm in Albufeira, will promote the show “Fado na Adega” on February 1st, inaugurating the “Music and Wine: A Perfect Harmonization” program.

This event promises to combine different musical styles with the Quinta’s wines, providing special afternoons in the room with views of the vineyards and the sea.

In this first session, the spotlight will be on fado, Cultural and Intangible Heritage of Humanity by UNESCO. Fado singer Beatriz Pereira will be accompanied on guitar by Valentim Filipe and viola by Nuno Martins, in an intimate and welcoming environment.

The program starts at 6pm, with a reception for visitors accompanied by a glass of wine from the Farm, allowing you to enjoy the sunset.

From 7pm, the fado performance will begin, where the public will be able to taste Quinta do Canhoto wines, accompanied by a cheese and sausage board.

After receiving around 12,000 visitors in 2024, from different countries and continents, 2025 begins with new experiences, diversifying its offer and reinforcing the link between culture and wine tourism.
