In his first interview with a television channel in Portugal, the new ambassador of the State of Israel in Lisbon defends the words of President-elect Donald Trump, who promised “hell in the region” if Hamas did not release the hostages in the Gaza Strip , some of whom have dual Israeli and American citizenship. Oren Rosenblatt arrived in Lisbon more than a year and a half after the start of the Israeli army’s military operation in Gaza and replaced Ambassador Dor Shapira, now head of the North America Department within the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the State of Israel.
