SÃO PAULO (Reuters) – Agrogalaxy () announced this Tuesday that it signed a memorandum of understanding for the “potential” sale of a portfolio of overdue and non-judicial debts generated by the resale of agricultural inputs to customers, according to a relevant fact to the market.
The company stated that the total amount is around 760 million reais, “the price of which is still subject to confirmation by due diligence”.
