The police charged a 29-year-old man with the crime of attempted assault in conjunction with two other crimeswhich in the Martin entertainment center stabbed a 37-year-old bartender. The Žilina regional police informed about it on the social network.
The deed took place on Friday (January 17) in the premises of the brewery. A man entered here with a knife and a fastening strap in his hands and approached the bar with threatening words directed at the staff. “Subsequently, the operator was physically attacked. A thirty-seven-year-old man suffered two stab wounds and another stab wound,” approached the police.
The patrol of the Martin-východ district department was called to the scene, which immediately detained the suspect and she submitted to a breath test with a positive result of 2.10 per thousand.
“Given the fact that the attack could have caused injuries of a more serious nature, the investigator of the District Directorate of the Police Force in Martin charged the 29-year-old attacker indictment for the crime of bodily harm in the stage of attempt in conjunction with the crime of dangerous threats and for the crime of disorderly conduct. At the same time, he processed a proposal for his custodial prosecution, which the judge accepted,” the police added.
The attacker seriously injured the bartender.
