The president of Argentina, Javier Milei, said that the country has become a global example of fiscal responsibility, commitment to fulfilling obligations and reducing inflation. In a speech given at the World Economic Forum, in Davos, this Thursday, the 23rd, he celebrated the fact of having “more people to talk to” in all corners of the world.
As an example, he cited the “incredible” Elon Musk, the Prime Minister of Italy, Giorgia Meloni, the President of El Salvador, Nayib Bukele, the Prime Minister of Israel, Benjamin Netanyahu, the Prime Minister of Hungary, Viktor Orbán , and the new president of the United States, Donald Trump – all important figures of the far right.
Regarding the billionaire owner of Tesla, Milei said that Musk was a victim of “woke ideology” and minimized the Nazi salute he gave during Trump’s inauguration in Washington on Monday.
“If we really want to defend citizens’ rights, we need to start by telling the truth, and the truth is that there is something very wrong with the ideas that have been promoted in forums like this,” said Milei
The Argentine president also sent a message to all world leaders, saying that “it is time to be bold and dare to think”.
