US President Donald Trump said on Friday that he will sign an executive order to begin the process of fundamentally reviewing or eliminating the Federal Emergency Management Agency.
“Fema turned out to be a disaster… I think we recommend that Fema be disbanded,” he said during a visit to North Carolina to see the damage caused by Hurricane Helene last year.
