In a statement, the ministry said it became aware of the situation of Brazilians by the Director General of the Federal Police (PF), Andrei Passos Rodrigues. Also in a statement, the Federal Police confirmed that the 88 Brazilians who were aboard the American aircraft with other deported in the United States arrived in Manaus handcuffed.
