There will be a ban on cell phones at elementary schools in Carinthia in the future. The aim is to improve the learning and teaching environment and to increase the children’s ability to concentrate. There should probably be no ban for ten to 14-year-old students, but there should be “regulated use,” said Carinthia’s education officer Daniel Fellner (SPÖ) on Monday.
