Brewed donuts with chocolate This is a delicate baking filled with aromatic and sweet filling, topped with a coating. They will be perfect for a carnival and a fat Thursday.

To prepare this recipe, you will need:

  • 200 ml of milk,
  • 130 g of wheat flour,
  • 4 eggs,
  • 4 tablespoons of butter,
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar,
  • ¼ teaspoon of salt.

Cream:

  • 400 ml of milk,
  • 85 g of dark chocolate,
  • 50 g of powdered sugar,
  • 30 g of potato flour,
  • 2 egg yolks in size L or XL,
  • 1 tablespoon of cocoa,
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.

Icing:

  • 150 g half -haired chocolate,
  • 2 tablespoons of cream 36 percent

Prepare the cake. Mix water, butter, sugar and salt in a saucepan. Heat the whole until it starts to boil. Add flour and mix everything with a wooden spoon to combine. Cook, stirring constantly, for the next 2 minutes until the whole thing becomes shiny. Remove from heat and set aside for 5 minutes. Pick up the eggs into the bowl and light them lightly. Add the egg mixture in three parts, stirring well after each of them. Put the dough into a confectionery sleeve with a star shape. Squeeze the wheels with a dough with a diameter of 8 cm on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Put the donuts in the furnace set to 160 degrees Celsius and bake them for 30 minutes or until a light -flared color. Turn the baking tray and bake for the next 20 minutes. Remove the cookies in the oven and with the help of a baton or a sharp knife cut two small holes on both sides of each donut. Put the donuts back and cool them in an open oven for 30 minutes.

Prepare the cream. Pour 1.5 cups of milk into the pot. Add sugar, cocoa and vanilla, and then heat the whole on low heat until the mixture begins to evaporate and the sugar dissolves. Remove from heat. Mix the remaining milk with a whisk with egg yolks and flour until smooth. Pour hot milk very slowly into the egg mixture, stirring constantly. Then pour everything back into the pot and heat the mixture on medium heat until the bubbles appear. Stir all the time until it thickens. Remove from the burner. Add chopped chocolate and mix until completely dissolved. In case of lumps, wipe the cream through a strainer. Cover it with cling film to touch its surface. Leave to cool.

Prepare the topping. Heat the cream in a microwave or in a pot until a temperature of about 60 degrees Celsius. Add crushed chocolate. Mix and set aside for a minute. Then mix again to obtain a shiny, homogeneous mass.

Fold donuts. Move the cream to the confectionery sleeve with a long tip. Press the filling into previously prepared holes in each donut. Pour the drum brewed with chocolate with the prepared coating. Leave to freeze completely. Serve immediately or after cooling.
