It will also be a good idea to treat them as a substitute for a meat cutlet and serve a dish with your favorite salad.

To prepare this recipe, you will need:

  • 1 kg of cooked potatoes,
  • 2 eggs,
  • 1 onion,
  • 2 tablespoons of oil,
  • 2 cloves of garlic,
  • 3 tablespoons of potato flour,
  • chopped parsley,
  • 5 tablespoons of breadcrumbs (for breading),
  • frying fat,
  • Salt, pepper.

You can serve such chops with homemade tomato sauceyou will make it from the tomato passage, garlic squeezed by Prague, a decent pinch of salt and pepper, and Mediterranean herbs of oregano and basil.

Grind the potatoes in the machine or stress with the help of a pestle. Finely chop the onion and fry in oil. Garlic squeeze through the press, add to the potatoes together with the onion.

Add eggs, chopped parsley and potato flour to the mass. Season to taste with salt, pepper. Mix everything thoroughly.

Form flat chops from the mass, coat them gently in breadcrumbs and fry on both sides until golden brown (for a few minutes).
