To prepare this recipe, you will need:

- 300 g of cake flour,
- a pinch of salt,
- about 200 g of jam,
- oil or lard (for frying),
- powdered sugar (for decoration).
Donuts will taste great with rose jam. However, you can use another favorite jamthe one of raspberries, strawberries or cherries will taste great. You can also use for stuffing Pudding cream, pistachio paste or chocolate.
Peel the potatoes and cook until tender in non -agitated water. Crush yeast and combine with sugar. Pour summer (about 35-40 ° C) with milk and mix. Set aside for a quarter of an hour in a warm place, covered with a cotton cloth.

When the potato mass with yeast grows slightly, combine it with liquid, cooled butter and yolk. Then sift the flour with salt to it. Knead the whole (manually or with a mixer with hooks) into a uniform dough. It should be compact, elastic, though slightly adhesive.
Transfer the dough to a slightly greased bowl. Cover with a cloth and set aside for half an hour in a warm place. Roll out the dough into a thick cake. A glass with a glass or a mold, cut the rings from it. Knead the remaining dough and roll out. Put the rings until the dough is exhausted.
Arrange the discs at considerable intervals for further growing – set aside in a warm place for about half an hour. Fry the donuts in bars in deep, hot to 180 ° C fat. Fry 2-3 minutes on each page. After frying, put on a paper towel so that it absorbs excess fat.
Fill hot potato donuts with filling using the spokes. When they cool down, sprinkle them with powdered sugar.
