Wels-The Pierer Mobility subsidiary KTM will re-share its shares acquired in recent years in the Italian motorcycle manufacturer MV Agusta Motor Spa, KTM said on Friday evening. It was not until November 2022 at 25.1 percent at MV Augusta, in spring 2024 the company then acquired another 25 percent and thus the majority (50.1 percent) on the company.
