The suspect will have lit a cigarette inside a coffee, having been reprimanded by the victim, who was at the same table.
A 53-year-old man killed another 38-year-old man on Thursday night in a coffee in Salvada, in the municipality of Beja, told Lusa’s GNR source.
According to the same source, the death was declared on site by the doctor of the Beja Emergency Medical and Resuscitation Medical Vehicle (VMER).
“The aggressor was later detained by GNR,” he said.
The investigation of the case went to the judiciary, he added.
Source of the sub-regional command of emergency and civil protection of Baixo Alentejo indicated that the warning for murder, on May 1st, in Salvada, was given at 21:13.
The 17 Beja Firefighters, the National Institute of Emergency Medical and GNR, were mobilized to the site, supported by eight vehicles, including VMER.´
