The Public Prosecution Service of São Paulo through the of in partnership with the Civil Police and the State Court of Auditors (TCE-SP) perform on the morning of Wednesday (24), an operation investigating bidding fraud in hiring official vehicles used by city councilors. According to investigations that began in the ECA, the trading session for hiring the cars was made in a competition of a single group that would have connected with the mayor of council.
In all, eight search and seizure warrants are fulfilled, both in the Guarujá City Council, as well as in São Bernardo do Campo and in the state capital. Investigations now continue to identify other people involved in this possible fraud. Police seized computers, documents and cell phones that may prove the irregularity.
