  • Cut the soil to a depth of about 30 cm, removing weeds and stones. If necessary, enrich the ground with compost or peat to improve its structure and fertility;
  • Trench holes with a depth and width slightly larger than the root block of seedlings. The recommended distance between plants in a hedge is 50 cm, depending on the desired density;
  • Place the seedling in the hole so that the upper part of the root block is at the ground level. Hill back of the hole with soil, gently kneading to eliminate the empty spaces around the roots;
  • After planting, water the plant generously to ensure good contact of the roots with the soil. In the first weeks after planting, keep moderate soil moisture.
