The structure houses, on average, 5,000 people per night and practically offers a reality parallel to the carnival itself. While the crowd that accompanies the electric trios vies space for slap (often literally) on the avenue, the Salvador cabin has its own musical attractions distributed on two stages. THE line-up This year has about 70 artists and big names such as Ivete Sangalo, Leo Santana, Carlinhos Brown and Alok.

Services include gourmet space with open bar e open foodspa with massage therapists, beauty area for makeup and hair retouching and another to customize shirts. These are spaces for activations of partner brands and sponsor the cabin, such as Petra, Petrópolis Group beer, Pernod Ricard and Red Bull.

“We can say that the Salvador cabin today resembles a festival. But unlike Rock in Rio and Lollapalooza, we have interaction with the street, ”says Paulo Goes, a partner at Premium Entertainment, a company that manages the box. It refers to the lookout, from where the goers wave and interact for the singers who pass on the street, on the trio.

The interactions, by the way, are common, since the Salvador cabin is a favorite of celebrities and even politicians who pass carnival in the Bahian capital. Bruna Marquezine, Sasha Meneguel and former Mayor of the Chamber of Deputies, Arthur Lira, are some of the illustrious presence in the box in past years.

Company closed hotel for visitors

The Salvador cabin has closed an entire hotel to accommodate a part of its visitors on Carnival days. When choosing the full package, the customer pays an additional amount of about $ 9,000 for hosting (value per person). Some extra perks are included, such as a transfer service to the cabin and escort to bring the revelers to the entrance of the structure.

The company does not reveal how much invests in the Salvador cabin or how much it makes with it with each carnival. In 2025, the structure turns 25, but even if it is a seasonal “product”, it takes a whole year to be planned and is what keeps the business standing. As soon as Carnival is over, the tickets of the next edition begin to be sold and this year the plan is to anticipate the opening of sales to 2026 during the days of the party.

Premium Entertainment even ventured outside Bahia with the Salvador Connection, a kind of out -of -season carnival in 2022, in São Paulo. That year, the Bahian Carnival was suspended, still due to the covid-19 pandemic. The social networks of the event implied that there would be a new edition the following year, which did not happen.

“Today we are still focused on the growth of Camarote Salvador itself, not only as an event, but also as a mark,” says Luis Eduardo Magalhães Filho, who founded the premium with Paulo Goes. He is the grandson of former senator Antonio Carlos Magalhães, whose political group ruled Bahia for over a decade. And son of the former mayor of the House of Representatives, Luis Eduardo Magalhães, killed in 1998, at the age of 43.

“Maybe we already have the largest space of the current carnival circuit today. So we have the challenge of innovating within the equipment itself, to surprise the customer, ”explains Magalhães.

“If Salvador Carnival expands the number of circuits to other areas, then new possibilities arise for us to dare to the size of the cabin. Also because on many days of carnival, we have a greater demand than the offer, ”he adds.

At the end of last year, the councilors of Salvador approved the creation of a third carnival circuit, in the neighborhood of Boca do Rio. Today the party takes place on the edge of Barra to Ondina and also in Campo Grande, central region of the city.
