The PGR (Attorney General of the Republic) filed the final allegations in the action that aims at the scammer attack of and defended the conviction of two former commanders and five members of the corporation.
Lawyers of the military police point out that the Attorney General of the Republic, Paulo Gonet, disregarded testimonials and evidence presented during the instructional phase. Nor has it evaluated orders and decisions of the Public Security Secretariat, in addition to the principle of the Military Police hierarchy.
In the 90 -page document, the PGR advances little compared to. From messages, Gonet concludes that the police were “aligned” with “those who claimed an intervention of the Armed Forces” and therefore would have been silent.

Gonet asks for the conviction and loss of positions or functions of the seven defendants: Fábio Augusto Vieira, Klepter Rosa Gonçalves, Paulo José Ferreira, Marcelo Casimiro, and Rafael Pereira Martins.
The Attorney General argues that the PM summit had “prior science” of the “violent character of the announced undemocratic acts” of 8 January and was on purpose on the “necessary staff of the Military Police to safeguard security and prevent acts of Depredation “.
Both the defense of Colonel Naime and Colonel Paulo José claim, however, that the complaint ignores the Federal Police report that the Public Security Secretariat failed to have not shared the call.

Colonel Casimiro’s defense says PGR memorials point to a purely political judgment. Lawyer Danillo de Oliveira Souza says that Colonel acted in possession of Lula (PT), always defended the institutions and never worked in an omissing or ideological way in the PM.
“After a long procedural instruction, where there was no single evidence that was able to infer that the PMDF failed to guarantee the duty to guarantee, the MP supports a condemnation based on conjectures. The defense awaits confidently of a technical and impartial judgment,” he says.
The final allegations were sent to the (Federal Supreme Court) on Friday (14). The demonstration of the PGR and defendants will be analyzed by the rapporteur, Alexandre de Moraes, for later judgment. There is no date yet.
The PGR argues that the seven PMs are convicted of attempted violent abolition of the Democratic Rule of Law, coup d’état, qualified damage, deterioration of listed heritage, as well as violation of duties of the Military Police.
Colonel Fábio Augusto’s defense declined to comment, while Lieutenant Rafael Martins stated that he will comment on the process. Major Flávio Silvestre’s defense did not answer.
