With Kata Tüttő for the first time in history, a Hungarian woman is at the head of an EU institution. The European Committee of the Regions (ADR) elected the former Vice Mayor of Budapest as President on Thursday for the next two and a half years. The Spaniard and President of Andalusia, Juanma Moreno Bonilla from the Conservative Partido Popular (PP), acts as the new vice president.
