Magistocratic philosophy does not integrate the canon of Western thinking. It is not celebrated in culture, in the arts, in the sciences. It is not systematized in books. Appears in the practices and public statements of magistocrats. Especially of presidents or candidates in campaign to the presidency of courts. No one becomes president without joining the script.
There is the intellectually most pretentious part of the pre-modern and pre-refublic of Brazil. A patrimonialist ideology where the public thing is not distinguished well from the private thing, the law is not distinguished from strength, the legal argument is not distinguished from command and the club. Where criticism responds with threat. Where privilege becomes right.
Repetitive and surveillars. Tuned to the error. Do not dare to delegitimize this deserved superiority.
