Either a fine of 726 euros or ten hours of social service at the Red Cross-before this election, a 17-year-old Styrian was placed last year after being caught with a cigarette in Germany in May. The Styrian Youth Act provides for a ban on smoking for children and adolescents under the age of 18, so the authority issued a criminal notice.
