US Secretary of Commerce, Howard Lutnick, said the rates imposed by US President Donald Trump against Mexico and Canada could be less than 25%in an interview with Fox News.
According to the representative, the Republican and his team are open for negotiation with neighboring countries. Lutnick reaffirmed that the rates will take effect on Tuesday, March 4.
