Pope Francis “had a good night of rest”

Pope Francis had another quiet night, the Vatican announced this Friday. “The Pope had a good night of rest,” reads the short message this morning.

On Sunday Pope Francis’ health remained complex, but “stable” and without the need for mechanical ventilation, a sign that respiratory function is improving as double pneumonia.

The 88 -year -old Pope was hospitalized on February 14, following pneumonia in both lungs.
