Milan – According to a media report, the Italian fashion group Prada is based on a purchase price shortly before the billion dollar takeover of its domestic competitor Versace. A prize of almost 1.5 billion euros had been agreed, Bloomberg reported on Sunday, citing the matter. Prada could complete the takeover of Versace in March.
