President Donald Trump warned US farmers on Monday about the imminent imposition of US tariffs on “external product”, telling them to prepare to sell their products in the domestic market.
“For large US farmers: prepare to start making a large amount of agricultural products to be sold within the United States. The rates will be applied to the external product on April 2. Have fun! ” Trump wrote on his private social media platform amid the climbing of commercial tensions.
