The Vienna housing market is recovering, the valley sole has passed – at least that is what you think of the real estate service provider EHL and the property developer Buwog. Their current Viennese housing market report has been shaped by a “clearly recognizable upward tendency”, in particular the demand for condominiums has increased significantly, as well as the interest in investor apartments. And “unchanged” is also the demand in the rental segment.
