Ukrainian President Volodimir Zelenski said Thursday that Russian President Vladimir Putin is preparing to reject the US proposal for a high fire in Ukraine, after he said today that he supports a truce, but under certain conditions. “Of course, Putin is afraid to tell President (Donald) directly who wants to continue with the war and continue killing Ukrainians,” he said in his daily speech the Ukrainians. “That is why Moscow is surrounding the idea of a high fire of prerequisites such that, either it will fail, or as much time as possible will be postponed,” said Zelenski, who described the situation as “another attempt at manipulation” by the Kremlin. The Ukrainian president reiterated that kyiv has accepted the US proposal for a high fire throughout the forehead, whose compliance, he said, would be possible to monitor with the military capacities available to the US and European countries.
